Educational institutions aimed at Uzbeks allegedly offer classes in foreign languages, robotics, computer science, physical education, as well as religious lessons. The consulate noted that despite the fact that religious classes in these educational institutions are based on the doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah, some teachers may inspire children with radical views that contradict moderate Islam.
This, in turn, may lead to ideological contradictions and problems in the future in Uzbek society.
For this reason, diplomats asked parents to be careful that their underage children are not instilled with fanatical views in different schools.
