According to the program,
participants will attend free German language courses for 10 months before
being deployed to German clinics. The average working week consists of 39
hours. The initial monthly salary is €1,900,
with the potential to earn around €2,500
once the medical diploma is officially recognized (typically after 3 months).
To participate, candidates
must hold a 3-year medical college diploma, be between the ages of 20 and 36,
be in good health, and have no criminal record. Additionally, they must be
prepared to attend the 10-month training course and successfully pass a
two-stage selection process.
The program provides
participants with a stipend, accommodation, language certification costs,
document translation and notarization, visa fees, airfare, and job placement
services in Germany—all free of charge.
This project is significant
as it offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to work abroad, gain
international experience, and increase their income.
