A sports club is established for the purpose of engaging in sports activities, developing and popularizing types of sports, as well as preparing athletes for competitions.
An athlete’s passport is a document of a unified design that confirms an athlete’s affiliation with a physical culture and sports organization, as well as their sports qualifications.
A sports referee is a physical person authorized to ensure compliance with the rules of a sport and the regulations (rules) of a sports competition.
The state may provide support measures to athletes and coaches in the form of one-time and monthly payments (scholarships, allowances, etc.).
