From October 4-7, the team of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan adequately represented the country at one of the most difficult and prestigious international military competitions - the Cambrian Patrol, held in Wales (Great Britain) on the basis of the 160th (Welsh) brigade, the Dunyo news agency reports.

These competitions, which have been held for 60 years, gather military intelligence units from all over the world to test their combat skills and endurance in a real combat environment.

This year, over 100 teams from more than 30 countries took part in the competition, including Great Britain, the USA, France, India, Germany, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Italy and many other countries. Each team completed a route of more than 70 kilometers, overcoming the most difficult natural and tactical obstacles. On each section of the route, every 8-10 kilometers, the participants performed combat missions, such as actions in conditions of chemical and biological threats, assault operations and orientation in difficult terrain.

The team of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan has shown outstanding results, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and cohesion. In their subgroup, which included 13 teams, the Uzbek military confidently took the first place. During all stages, they successfully overcame infected areas, demonstrated their skills in tactical operations and completed the route among the leaders.

According to the results of the overall standings, the Uzbek team won silver medals.

It is particularly worth noting that British military experts highly appreciated the level of training of Uzbek servicemen, emphasizing their professionalism and excellent skills in performing combat missions.
