Participants of the festival will be able to visit the pavilion "Uzbekistan" and witness the demonstration of copper products, ceramics, national fabrics made in our country. Also, various national dishes are prepared in the pavilion to show the gastronomic possibilities of Uzbekistan in combination with national songs.
At the opening ceremony of this pavilion, a solemn event was held with the participation of Uzbeks in Abu Dhabi on the occasion of the adoption of the National Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 18. The central monitor of the festival showed the flag of Uzbekistan and the national anthem sounded. Also, videos dedicated to the tourism potential of our country were shown for 10 minutes.
With the participation of diplomatic missions and active compatriots, a parade with flags was organized on the central square of the festival.
For information: the traditional festival of cultural heritage "Sheikh Zayed" is held for the fifth time and will last from November 17, 2023 to March 9, 2024. In the town organized for the festival, more than 20 pavilions of the participating countries, the arts town, the "Selfiye street" square, the Desert Museum, playgrounds, a flower town and food pavilions have been created.
