The delegations were led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Liu Bin.

During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of Uzbek-Chinese relations, noting the steady positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation. The importance of implementing the agreements reached at the highest and highest levels, as well as strengthening comprehensive strategic partnership was emphasized.

Special attention was paid to the expansion of trade, economic and investment cooperation, the development of industrial cooperation, the implementation of joint infrastructure projects, as well as cooperation in the field of high technologies, green energy and digitalization.

The sides also discussed issues of humanitarian cooperation, including the expansion of academic exchanges, joint educational programs and cultural initiatives.

The sides exchanged views on topical regional and international issues. They confirmed their readiness for further coordination within international organizations, including the United Nations, the SCO, the Central Asia-China format and other multilateral structures.

Following the consultations, the parties expressed interest in further deepening Uzbek-Chinese relations and consistent implementation of the agreements reached, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reported.
