At the meeting held at the Central Office of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Bahodir Kurbanov welcomed his Kazakh counterpart and emphasized that friendly relations in the military sphere established between the two countries over the years of independence are developing and strengthening every year.

Also, the Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan, noting the successes achieved in bilateral cooperation, stressed that close friendly relations have brought Uzbek-Kazakh cooperation to a new stage of strategic partnership and strengthened allied relations.

The Defense Ministers of the two countries expressed their proposals for the further development and strengthening of mutual cooperation in the military sphere and discussed plans for the future.

Then the members of the military delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the memorial complex "Victory Park" and laid wreaths at the monument "Ode to Perseverance".
