During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of higher education, research and innovation. Special attention is paid to the implementation of joint educational programs, research projects, as well as the exchange of teachers and students.

It was noted that Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies has already established stable partnerships with universities in Bangladesh, which creates a solid foundation for expanding cooperation.

The meeting also discussed ways to develop partnerships in the field of science and innovation, including organizing joint conferences, seminars, and supporting startups and technology parks.

In addition, the parties discussed the creation of favorable conditions for international students, in particular, the expansion of study opportunities at Samarkand State University in the fields of natural sciences, information technology, social and humanitarian disciplines, economics, management and tourism.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to actively develop bilateral cooperation and implement joint initiatives aimed at strengthening scientific and educational ties between Uzbekistan and Bangladesh.
