"During the observation, we noted the activity of citizens and the high level of training of election commissions," Secretary General of the organization Zhang Ming said at a briefing at the CEC press center. "Based on our observations, we can say that the entire voting period was held in a calm and harmonious atmosphere without external interference and tension, complaints and comments at the polling stations there were no plots. On election day, the Observer Mission did not note any violations."
