During the meeting, the implementation of plans for 2024-2025 for the implementation of the roadmap for the development of cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries was discussed.
During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on holding the first Uzbek-Azerbaijani interparliamentary forum, further strengthening close ties between parliamentary committees and members of the friendship group.
In addition, during the meeting, the parties, paying special attention to ensuring the active participation of parliamentary representatives in international events, agreed to continue a fruitful dialogue within the framework of the 150th anniversary Assembly of the Interparliamentary Union, which will be held in Tashkent.
