The issues of expanding Uzbek-Belarusian cooperation in the customs sphere were discussed at the meeting, the Dunyo news agency reports.
During the dialogue, attention was paid to issues related to the crossing of the customs border by carriers with EU countries, restrictions on foreign economic activity in the current conditions, as well as measures taken by customs authorities to stabilize these processes.
In addition, the parties discussed the practical implementation of the provisions of the agreement between the governments of Belarus and Uzbekistan on the mutual use of electronic systems for certification of origin of goods, signed in Tashkent on February 8 this year.
