According to the Report, this is reported by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
According to information, in September alone, more than 250,000 residents of Gaza City were forced to leave their homes and shelters.
"The numbers are growing rapidly: in the last month alone, there have been about 200,000 movements from the northern part of Gaza to the southern part, including 56,000 since Sunday. Despite the severe restrictions, the UN and partners are doing everything possible to provide vital support to the residents of the affected enclave," the statement said.
OCHA noted that the assistance currently received by the residents of the Gaza Strip significantly falls short of their enormous needs. Opportunities to support the hungry are systematically blocked. New restrictions are introduced every week.
The Israeli authorities have also classified some food items, such as peanut butter, as "luxury goods", which are prohibited, as a result of which a large number of already purchased humanitarian aid have been stuck outside the enclave. Humanitarian transportation inside Gaza is also being blocked, the organization stressed.
