The parties discussed the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership and multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
The current highest level of bilateral cooperation was noted with deep satisfaction. Mutual trade and investment indicators are growing, the number of joint ventures is increasing, and the frequency of direct flights continues to rise.
Particular emphasis was placed on the productive activities of Turkish companies in Uzbekistan, with which projects to build modern power plants with a total capacity of 1.8 gigawatts and a value of $1 billion have been successfully implemented.
Special attention was given to advancing new cooperation projects in energy and geology, including the localization of modern technologies, the production of energy equipment, the improvement of distribution network management, the joint development of promising deposits, and training specialized personnel.
