The event is expected to be attended by the heads of state and governments of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Türkiye.
In accordance with the agenda, issues of further enhancing trade, economic, investment, transport, communications, and humanitarian cooperation within the ECO and improving the activities of this multilateral structure will be considered.
The Leader of Uzbekistan will also hold several bilateral meetings.
The Economic Cooperation Organization was founded in 1985 with a permanent secretariat in Tehran.
The Republic of Uzbekistan has been a member of the ECO since 1992.
