The memorandum is aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the strategy of transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a "green" economy, the development of bilateral cooperation in environmental issues and environmental protection.

The signing of the document will contribute to the implementation of projects, programs, organization of activities to solve environmental problems, support initiatives to attract public attention to issues of environmental safety, cooperation in the field of ecology, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, their reproduction.

At the same time, within the framework of the nationwide Yashil makon project, it is planned to plant seedlings of fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs.
