    The lack of conditions and personnel was noted while discussing the quality of treatment in primary healthcare. There is no incentive system for employees, and due attention is not paid to improving their skills and career growth.

    There are more than 20 thousand doctor’s staff, but only 12 thousand units are staffed in rural medical centers and family polyclinics. Because the profession of a general practitioner is unattractive for medical graduates.

    In this regard, the President noted the need for attracting graduates to rural medical centers and family polyclinics by creating decent conditions for them.

    To this end, Rural Physicians Program will be introduced for primary healthcare system in remote areas. Primary healthcare workers in remote areas will be provided with a one-time allowance of 30 million UZS, as well as service housing or compensation for rental housing under this program.

    An instruction was given to increase the quota in medical universities, determining the need for doctors in the context of mahallas, and when allocating mortgage housing to give priority to primary care specialists.

    Based on the needs of the population, it is planned to create 100 rural medical centers and 24 family polyclinics next year.
