It was noted that the senators plan to consider laws concerning the approval of the Concept of Ensuring Freedom of Conscience of citizens and state policy in the field of religion, financial support for business entities, further improvement of credit information exchange, tax administration, land use, construction procedures, donor movement, as well as support for families and women.
Thus, the Law "On Amendments and Additions to certain legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the financial support system for business entities" serves to expand the ability of business entities to use financial services and introduce effective business financing tools, including the creation of a modern legislative framework for financing under assignment of monetary claims (factoring).
Similarly, the Law regulating the exchange of credit information makes it possible to protect the population from fraud crimes in the field of lending and prevent cases of loans being issued in the name of citizens without their knowledge and online remote withdrawal of credit funds.
The law on the use of land plots is aimed at creating a solid legal basis for the protection of lands used to meet cultural and recreational needs and recreation of the population, and green areas, preserving their territories, increasing the responsibility of officials, ensuring the relationship between land and urban planning legislation in the process of using land, as well as improving the effectiveness of control over the targeted the purpose of their use.
The agenda of the plenary session also includes laws related to the judicial system, the rights of convicts while serving their sentences, as well as the provision of waste collection and disposal services.
In addition, the fourth plenary session will consider laws containing issues of ratification and accession to a number of international instruments. Along with this, the issue of changing the borders of the city of Samarkand, Samarkand and Akdarya districts of the Samarkand region will also be discussed.
