The focus is on the current state of bilateral partnership, timely implementation of all agreements reached at the highest level, as well as assistance in strengthening cooperation between representatives of the business circles of the two countries.

The positive dynamics of economic cooperation was noted. Thus, in recent years, there has been an increase in the volume of mutual trade and the number of joint ventures. There was a mutual willingness to stimulate the expansion of investment partnership and industrial cooperation.

For reference: by the end of 2023, the trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Germany exceeded $ 1 billion. The volume of disbursed German investments amounted to €913.2 million. There are 215 enterprises with the participation of German capital in Uzbekistan, including 112 sole proprietors.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual commitment to deepening trade, economic and investment cooperation, and agreed to develop proposals for further expansion and diversification of mutual trade.
