According to the Instruction, Information about readmitted citizens will be entered into the "Passport-Visa" information system by the Migration and Personalization Department (MPD).
A foreign travel passport will be issued in exceptional cases to readmitted citizens in the following circumstances:
When a close relative of the citizen passes away abroad.
When specialized medical care or surgery in a foreign country is necessary for the citizen or their close relative.
If the citizen is to participate in a science Olympiad, an educational event, or an international sports competition.
When the citizen's permanent residence is located in border zones or exclave territories of Uzbekistan.
When it is necessary to implement decisions and instructions from the President and the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as instructions from the Head of the Presidential Administration.
Citizens may apply to the Migration and Personalization Department (MPD) or its territorial divisions to obtain a foreign travel passport in exceptional cases.
