This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, reports ria.ru.
"We have agreed that a process for the Ukrainian settlement will be formed in the near future. The American side will inform who will represent Washington in the framework of this work. As soon as we find out the name and position of the relevant representative, as President Putin told President Trump, we will immediately identify our participant in this process," he told reporters after talks with the American delegation on Tuesday.
