"Following the results of the discussion, the members of the operational headquarters decided to lift epidemiological restrictions on the entry into Russia of foreign citizens arriving by air, as well as through sea checkpoints, from June 14, 2022," the message says.

In addition, the operational headquarters decided to resume railway communication on the Tashkent - Samara and Tashkent -Volgograd routes from June 14 with a frequency of once a week on each route. Restrictions on the entry of Uzbek citizens to Russia by rail will be lifted.

Meanwhile, according to Uzbekistan Temir Yullari, currently, the railway administrations of the two states are working on this issue, that is, the organization of the process, the development of a timetable for passenger trains, the direction of messages, pricing policy and a number of other necessary issues.

A message on the destination of flights to and from the Russian Federation will be published immediately after all issues have been worked out.
