According to the Decree, from January 1, 2023, a system of direct interaction of heads of executive bodies who are members of the Cabinet of Ministers with the Prime Minister, regardless of the structural subdivisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, will be introduced.
The secretariats, departments and departments and their subordinate departments of the economic and social sphere, as well as the Inspectorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the Department of Financial and Logistics of Paramilitary Units, the Department for Support of Mahalla and the Senior Generation were abolished in the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the Decree, from January 1, 2023, the number of independent republican executive bodies will be reduced from 61 to 28, including the number of ministries - from 25 to 21, the Ministry of Justice reports (https://t.me/pravoinf/5422).
Accordingly, the system of the Cabinet of Ministers will consist of the following ministries:
- Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade;
- Ministry of Economy and Finance;
- Ministry of Mining and Geology;
- Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services;
- Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction;
- Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation;
- Ministry of Preschool and School Education;
- Ministry of Natural Resources;
- Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports;
- Ministry of Agriculture;
- Ministry of Water Resources;
- Ministry of Digital Technologies;
- Ministry of Justice;
- Ministry of Transport;
- Ministry of Culture and Tourism;
- Ministry of Defense;
- Ministry of Energy;
- Ministry of Health;
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Ministry of the Interior;
