The relevant decision of the khokim of the capital was published on the E-qaror portal.
According to the decision, the annual residence permit for residents of houses located near paid parking areas will amount to one basic estimated amount (412,000 soums). The specified price will be valid in all five tariff zones of the city.
The document amends the khokim's decision of October 2024, which introduced a paid parking system in Tashkent. The new rules will come into force on February 1, 2026.
At the same time, at night - from 20:00 to 08:00 - resident permits will be provided free of charge.

Residents are citizens who own cars and real estate in houses located in mahallas with paid parking or in close proximity to them.
The permit is issued for one car for a period of one year and is stored in the electronic register. At the same time, no more than two resident permits can be issued to one address.
