The issues of implementing new joint projects to improve the system of labor relations, further development of cooperation to improve working conditions in various sectors of the economy, the introduction of international standards in the field of labor were considered.

It was noted that with the direct support of the ILO, monitoring activities are organized at a high level in various sectors of the economy. Last year, an analysis of working conditions was carried out, including cases of forced labor in the construction sector.

It was emphasized that there are already results in the implementation of measures defined by the roadmap for the implementation of the Country's Decent Work Program for 2021-2025.

At the same time, a thorough exchange of views took place on the creation of a Social Justice Coalition of the International Labor Organization, the inclusion of Uzbekistan among the first members of the Coalition from Europe and Central Asia, as well as on upcoming tasks.

The issues of implementing the principles of proper labor and social protection, combating informal employment, providing basic income to the population in need of social protection, as well as the introduction of international standards in the field of labor and social protection of the population are analyzed.

It was noted that it is necessary to strengthen consistent cooperation with the ILO through the implementation of new joint projects and programs in the field of labor relations.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on further expansion of cooperation in terms of ratification of ILO conventions and ensuring their implementation.
