The manager
is considered the Secretary‑General of the Financial Center
Council; they organize the agenda and, in the absence of the chairperson, chair
its meetings.
The key
focus of the manager’s work will be coordinating the launch of the Financial
Center: preparing priority documents and establishing cooperation between
government bodies and the center’s structures.
Among the
important functions are also representing the Financial Center in relations
with international organizations, investors, and partners in Uzbekistan and
abroad, as well as participating in personnel decisions, including the
appointment of the Executive Director of the Financial Center Administration,
his deputies, and making recommendations regarding the management of the
Financial Services Department.
The manager
also has the right to enter into agreements, create working groups, and engage experts.
