Compared to the corresponding period last year, their number increased by 82.9 thousand people or by 17.7%.
The number of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who left in January of this year was distributed according to the purpose of the trip as follows:
visiting relatives - 425,839 people;
travel - 117,199 people;
treatment - 4,206 people;
study - 2,975 people;
staff - 1,060 people.
According to preliminary data from sample household surveys of the National Statistics Committee, in 2024 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the average number of passenger cars per 100 households was 58 units.
