According to the Decree, the Fergana tourist and recreational zone (Tourist Zone) with a total area of 2,396 hectares is being created.
The tourist zone is being created for a period of 30 years with the possibility of further extension of its operation.
The necessary infrastructure will be created in the Ferghana region to transform the Vodil agrotourist cluster specializing in raspberry cultivation into a tourist destination. With the involvement of potential entrepreneurs, service facilities made of lightweight construction will be organized on the territory of raspberry plantations.
In 2026-2027, new jobs will be created in the Yazyavansky district on the land around the Markaziy Fargona reservoir through the establishment of tourist services.
Agrotourist services will be established on the territory of the citizens' gatherings of the Sanoat and Hosilot mahallas of the Ferghana region based on the positive experience of foreign countries by creating raspberry plantations, building cold storage facilities and deep processing workshops.
