The decision was made taking into account the statements of the majority of applicants and their parents, as well as higher and professional educational institutions of the country.

The payment deadline is set for:

  • students (bachelors and masters) enrolled in universities on a fee-and-contract basis;
  • students enrolled in vocational education institutions (technical schools, colleges) on a fee-and-contract basis;
  • enrolled to study on the basis of a differentiated paid contract;
  • previously expelled and reinstated in universities, as well as transferred from other educational institutions.
