At the opening of the conference, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Abdusalomov made a speech, who noted that cooperation in the field of tourism between Uzbekistan and Turkey is one of the most important directions for the development of economic ties between the two fraternal states, along with expanding cooperation in the field of education, IT, investments and other relevant industries.

Uzbekistan is working to expand the attraction of Turkish tourists and all conditions have been created in the country for this.

At the same time, the conference participants were provided with information about the tourism potential of our country and the opportunities created by the head of our state Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the field of tourism, ongoing reforms and achievements.

They expressed confidence that it would be possible to achieve practical results in various areas of the tourism sector after the implementation of a number of projects aimed at developing the tourism industry of Uzbekistan and Turkey, increasing the flow of tourists and incomes of the population, as well as interregional cooperation between the two countries.

Following the results of the conference, a presentation was held and a video was presented demonstrating the tourism potential of our country.
