According to the decree, until the end of 2026, the Tourism Committee will provide a subsidy of $100 for each tourist to tour operators who attract tourists from Malaysia and Indonesia under the "Umrah Plus" pilgrimage tourism program.

Starting from January 15, 2026:

An intensified promotion campaign for the Program will be carried out in Malaysia and Indonesia;

Online sales of tourist programs formed under the Program by tour operators (travel agents) will be launched through the National Tourism Unified Platform.

To train qualified personnel for the implementation of the Program, a training and practical laboratory will be established at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan.

Joint educational programs in the field of "Tourism and Hospitality" will be launched between the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and higher education institutions in Malaysia.
