According to the Regulations, the Academy trains personnel in the following specialties:

·        integrated regional development;

·        public administration;

·        human resource development;

·        Government policy;

·        public finance management.

Admission to the Master's degree program of the Academy is carried out by state order at the expense of a state grant and on a fee-and-contract basis.

A departmental commission for the initial selection of candidates is being set up to organize admission by state order.

The candidate must provide the following documents to the departmental commission:

·        information on the positive performance results over the past two years;

·        help-lens;

·        information about the candidate's additional achievements: academic degree, academic title, certificate of knowledge of foreign languages, etc.

At least 30% of the total number of candidates recommended for master's degree studies, as a rule, should be women.

The selection by state order for master's degree programs at the Academy is carried out in two stages: testing and an interview.

Admission of candidates recommended for study on the basis of a state grant by state order to the Academy students is carried out by order of the rector on the basis of a decision of the admissions committee.
