According to the resolution, the Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on strategic partnership in the field of development and transmission of "green" energy has been approved.

The agreement was signed in Baku on November 13, 2024.

The Ministry of Energy has been designated as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.

After the entry into force of this international treaty, the Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments will ensure control over the implementation of its provisions in accordance with the established procedure.
