During the negotiations, the parties discussed the prospects for establishing a long-term and strategic partnership in the implementation of projects aimed at developing the nuclear and energy infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Representatives of Technip Energies expressed their willingness to participate in such areas as the development of project documentation, technical supervision and the implementation of engineering solutions that meet international standards.
Special attention was paid to financing issues. Mechanisms for attracting export credits and international grants to support joint initiatives were discussed. In addition, Technip Energies has expressed interest in formalizing a partnership with the Uzbek side, as well as in participating in joint projects in third-country markets.
Both sides confirmed their mutual interest in further deepening cooperation and developing specific areas of cooperation aimed at the sustainable development of the energy industry and the introduction of advanced technological solutions.
