A delegation of enterprises - members of the Uzcharmsanoat Association, headed by Acting Chairman of the Association Akbar Sultanov, also took part in the forum with the support of the delegation of the Government of Uzbekistan.
The conference, which included four sessions, discussed the further development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, the implementation of new joint projects in cooperation, and the expansion of exports.
In particular, Akbar Sultanov, Acting Chairman of the association, made a report on the leather industry of our country to Turkish companies during the session on the implementation of joint investment projects in the field of industry and geology. Information was provided on opportunities, tax and customs benefits, specialized industrial zones, ready-made investment projects for foreign investors in the leather and footwear sector of Uzbekistan.
Information was also provided on the programs and joint projects of the two countries in the field of the leather industry. The works carried out in the direction of training and retraining of specialists for the leather industry were presented. In addition, the exhibition "Made in Uzbekistan" has started working in Turkey as part of the forum.
