The purpose of this memorandum is to widely promote the tourism potential of Uzbekistan as a priority in the world tourism markets, using the existing capabilities of VFS Global, in particular, through online and/or offline marketing campaigns, to increase awareness and aimed at increasing the flow of tourists to Uzbekistan not only from the Emirates, but also from around the world.

The memorandum exchange ceremony took place on May 3, 2023 with the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the UAE A. Akkulov and the President of VFS Global A. Marv.

Following the results of the event, an agreement was reached between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and VFS Global on further strengthening cooperation in the field of tourism, as well as the implementation of marketing and PR companies aimed at improving the image of Uzbekistan abroad.

For information: the company "VFS Global" was founded in 2001 and has branches in 145 countries around the world. VFS Global has also signed service agreements with 67 countries, including the governments of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Belarus and Ukraine. The company provides about 20 types of services related to the processing of visa documents, the provision of consular services, in particular marketing research and the creation of PR companies, with the help of more than 9 thousand expert employees.
