During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the field of tourism, in particular, the promotion of cultural, educational and pilgrimage routes of Uzbekistan in the Qatar market.

Special attention was paid to the possibilities of attracting investments by Qatari companies in the tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan, including the construction of international hotels and the creation of themed tourist complexes.

Sheikh Naif Iyid Muhammad Soniy Al-Soniy highly appreciated the tourism potential of Uzbekistan, its rich cultural and spiritual heritage, noting the growing interest of Qatari travelers in Central Asia. He expressed his willingness to facilitate the establishment of direct business contacts between the Qatari business community and Uzbek partners.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation to expand tourism and investment ties.
