During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further expansion of cooperation in the field of housing construction and public utilities, prospects for cooperation, and the implementation of agreements reached during the high-level dialogue in Tashkent.
The importance of further deepening practical cooperation, as well as the effective use of existing opportunities, was noted. The large-scale work on the implementation of housing projects for various segments of the population in urban and rural areas of the two countries was highly appreciated, and the willingness to cooperate in the exchange of experience, models and achievements in this field was expressed.
The proposals of the parties on the joint development and implementation of affordable and high-quality housing projects with the participation of representatives of the private sector of the two countries in the field of construction, the exchange of experience in the field of construction technologies, rainwater harvesting, water recycling and the construction of "green" housing, the development of joint training programs, technical seminars for engineers and specialists were considered.
The sides also exchanged views on the development and implementation of national housing policy, financing mechanisms, and the creation of legal and institutional frameworks to ensure the participation of companies from the two countries in public procurement and tenders for construction.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold regular online meetings of the bilateral industry working group to continue the dialogue in these areas and to discuss in detail the issues of cooperation.
