At the meeting, detailed information was provided on the systemic reforms carried out in Uzbekistan in recent years to develop the tourism industry, develop modern tourism infrastructure, expand transport and logistics capabilities and improve the quality of services.

The steady growth in the number of foreign tourists visiting our country and the contribution of Turkish Airlines to promoting Uzbekistan's positive image in the international arena were also noted.

During the negotiations, issues of implementing joint PR campaigns with Turkish Airlines aimed at promoting the rich historical and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, the potential of pilgrimage, gastronomic, ecological and MICE tourism in the tourist markets of the European region, including Germany, the Scandinavian countries, Greece and the USA, were discussed. The possibilities of organizing a "road show", "workshop", "B2B" meetings and media tours aimed at the target audience were also considered.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further deepen strategic cooperation in order to develop sustainable and high-quality tourism, strengthen Uzbekistan's image in the international tourism market and jointly implement promising projects aimed at increasing the flow of foreign tourists.
