It is worth noting that in order to prepare the consolidated financial statements of Uzbekneftegaz JSC in accordance with IFRS for further obtaining a corporate credit rating and issuing Eurobonds in 2018, the international consulting company D&M was engaged to conduct an independent calculation and audit of oil and gas reserves, as well as the introduction of a hydrocarbon resources management system (PRMS).
Through the joint efforts of the combined team of consultants and specialists of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, it was possible to complete the reports for 2017-2020 and contribute to the introduction of best business practices in the domestic company.
It should be noted that D&M has also successfully completed an independent assessment of the resource base for major investment projects in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the status of current projects, promising areas of cooperation and identified further joint steps, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC reports.
