The parties agreed to implement joint projects, strengthen scientific and technological integration, as well as expand partnerships with universities and private companies.

As part of the agreement, STAR.VISION will assign the name "Samarkand-2028" to one of its hyperspectral satellites and support the International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2028), which will be held in Uzbekistan in 2028.

In addition, the collaboration includes the use of hyperspectral data to develop national maps of cotton and wheat, which will improve the accuracy of monitoring and management of agricultural resources.
