As a result of the special attention of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC Mehriddin Abdullayev to this situation, it was possible to provide foreign exchange earnings to the company through the export of sulfur products abroad.
During 2022, only 436.1 thousand tons of sulfur products were sold at the expense of the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant and joint ventures.
In particular, the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant exported 38.5 thousand tons of sulfur products in January-December 2022, and additional foreign exchange earnings were achieved.
Large industrial enterprises - JSC "Navoiuran", JSC "Navoiazot", JSC "Maxam-Chichiq" sold 157.6 thousand tons, and private entrepreneurs sold 144.8 thousand tons of sulfur products, totaling 394.3 billion soums.
The Mubarek Gas Processing Plant, in particular, according to agreements on storage, loading and provision of transport services for products of partner organizations, sold 95.1 thousand tons of sulfur products of joint ventures.
In January 2023, it is planned to sell only 22.0 thousand tons of sulfur products. All necessary measures are being taken for the timely delivery of products to consumers, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz reports.
