The ISO 9001 standard will be implemented in 67 ministries and departments of Uzbekistan

    The ISO 9001 quality management system is the most popular quality management system standard in the world, which has certified more than a million organizations in 180 countries. The ISO 9001 standard is basically a management mechanism. The purpose of this standard is to reduce, eliminate and prevent errors and deficiencies.

    This was announced at a briefing in AIMK by the head of the information service of the Agency for Technical Regulation Abdurauf Rasulov.

    In accordance with the State Program, it is planned to improve the quality of office work and administrative and managerial processes in ministries and departments. At the same time, in order to implement the quality management system of the ISO 9001 international standard in the activities of ministries and departments, a list of 67 ministries and departments has been formed.

    The draft plan of appropriate measures for the implementation of the international quality management system has been developed in the form of a sample and included in the list for approval and approval by ministries and departments.

    To date, a quality management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 has been implemented in the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Centers of the Hydro meteorological Service.
