11,778 illegal constructions were identified on the territory of multi-storey buildings and adjacent territories, an administrative fine of 6 billion soums was applied to 3,500 of them. 6800 were rebuilt by the owners themselves to their previous state.

In order to obtain conclusions on the commissioning and reconstruction of new houses, 1055 applications were received from construction organizations. Of these, 488 applications were given positive conclusions on the operation of new houses. The remaining 567 applications were rejected due to the unavailability of the respective houses for operation.
