Uzbek-American negotiations with the participation of the US delegation headed by the Assistant Secretary of State have begun at the Foreign Ministry

The Uzbek side is represented at the meeting by a delegation headed by Acting Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov, the Dunyo news agency reports.

At the Uzbek-American talks, it is planned to discuss the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral Uzbek-American relations in various fields.

There will also be an exchange of views on regional and international issues.

Recall that on December 13, 2021, the first meeting of the Strategic Partnership Dialogue between Uzbekistan and the United States was held in Tashkent, at which the American delegation was also headed by Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu.
