The Museum of Communication History of Uzbekistan is one of the largest and most famous museums in Tashkent. His rich collection is devoted to the development of communication technologies both in Uzbekistan and around the world. The museum's exposition covers the long history of various communication methods from the most ancient to modern telecommunication systems.

The modern three-storey museum building appeared in 2009. It contains a collection of more than 400 different exhibits, testifying to the path of formation and development of the communications industry.

Most of the exhibition is devoted to the history of the development of telephone communication in Uzbekistan. On the stands dedicated to Uzbekistan, you can see: collections of postage stamps issued in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, postcards of the XIX century, as well as phones that are more than 60 years old.

The formation of the Uzbek postal service, starting from the time of the Timurid dynasty and ending with the modern stage of its development, is presented at the stands of Uzbekistan Postasi JSC.

In 1992, the Stamp of Uzbekistan printing center was established, and in the same year, on May 7, the very first stamp was issued. This stamp was dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the great poet of the Uzbek people Nodirabegim.

Over the course of 30 years, 1,530 stamps have been issued by Uzbekiston Pochtasi JSC. Of these, 275 stamps were dedicated to flora collections, 150 to fauna, 155 to historical monuments and modern architecture, 150 to art and culture, 177 to birthdays of great Uzbek figures, 243 to anniversaries.

In 2022, Uzbekiston Pochtasi JSC plans to issue postage stamps dedicated to the golden heritage of Uzbekistan, museums of Uzbekistan, national dishes of Uzbekistan, flora and fauna, as well as jointly with foreign countries, including Japan and India.
