Three airlines have started flights to Navoi at once

    Latvian airline SmartLynx Airlines, British Titan Airways and Uzbek FlyKhiva have started cargo flights to Navoi.

    The British airline Titan Airways made the first charter cargo flight on the route "Chongqing (China) - Navoi (Uzbekistan) - London (Great Britain)" on September 12 this year. Flights from China to the UK are planned to be operated four times a week on Airbus 330 cargo aircraft with a technical stop in Navoi.

    According to the press service of Uzbekistan Airports, on September 17, 2024, the Latvian airline SmartLynx Airlines made the first charter cargo flight on the route Varna (Bulgaria) - Navoi (Uzbekistan) - Dhaka (Bangladesh). Flights from Bulgaria to Bangladesh with a technical stop in Navoi are planned to be operated on Airbus-321 cargo aircraft. From September 16 to 27, a series of seven charter flights is planned.

    For reference: SmartLynx Airlines is a charter airline based in Marupa (Latvia) and operating flights on a crewed aircraft lease (ACMI) basis. The airline has 70 aircraft in its fleet for passenger and cargo flights.

    On September 18, the domestic airline FlyKhiva launched charter flights on the route "Ezhou (China) - Liege (Belgium)" also with a technical stop in Navoi. The flights will be operated on Boeing 767-300 aircraft with a payload capacity of up to 50 tons. At the initial stage, flights will be operated four times a week.
