Training seminars on the functions and capabilities of the UzASBO-2 software package are held in the regions

    Employees of the Central Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Treasury Service Committee, the Information Technology Center and the Training Center at the Ministry conduct training seminars on the implementation of the UzASBO-2 software package with the participation of managers, accountants and responsible employees of budget organizations in the regions.

    For reference: UzASBO is a software package designed for complex automation of budget accounting and reporting by budget organizations.

    The main purpose of the seminars is to give an idea about the innovations of the UzASBO-2 software package, about the procedure for working in the new software package. This, in turn, will ensure more efficient management of budget funds and improve the quality of budget accounting and reporting.

    During the seminars, participants are introduced to new functions and capabilities of the software package, as well as the responsibilities and responsibilities of each user of the system, including managers, accountants and employees of HR departments, are explained.

    In order to ensure the regular and high-quality operation of the UzASBO-2 software package, during the fourth quarter of 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, its system organizations, territorial main departments and departments, as well as budgetary organizations in the Shaikhantakhur district of Tashkent city conducted its testing.

    It is important to note that budget accounting and reporting for the fourth quarter of 2023 will be carried out in accordance with the requirements and forms of the current year. However, from January 1, 2024, all budget organizations will switch to using the updated UzASBO-2 software package.

    The Ministry of Economy and Finance strives to continuously improve public finance management processes and improve budget accounting mechanisms. The implementation of UzASBO-2 is an important step in achieving these goals.
