At a briefing in AIMK with the participation of the head of the information service of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Mumin Ibadov, information was provided on the implementation of the tasks defined in the state program "Year of Ensuring Human Interests and Mahalla Development".

On the basis of the state program, a draft decree of the President of the country on the establishment of the Namangan Institute of Textile Industry on the basis of the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology was developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has also been developed to further expand the possibility of obtaining higher education on the job, while gradually establishing a system of training in the form of distance learning.

By the relevant decree of the President of Uzbekistan, the activities of the Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages named after Iskhokhon Ibrat were organized.
