It is reported that on July 21 of this year at about 01:30 in one of the apartment buildings located in the 9th quarter of Yunusabad district, a citizen T.R., born in 2002, jumped out of the apartment window on the 9th floor and hit the roof of the entrance canopy, fell to the ground.
As a result, he was taken to the hospital with diagnoses: "TBI, closed chest injury, fracture of the left collarbone, right rib, compression fracture of the first lumbar vertebra II–III degree, traumatic shock II degree." The patient is currently under medical supervision.
During the investigation of the circumstances, it was found that since the end of 2024, the citizen began to show psych emotional disorders, and therefore he was examined by a psychiatrist.
The Yunusabad District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting a pre-investigation check on this fact. Based on its results, a legal procedural decision will be made.
