    The autumn part of the 30th anniversary exhibition season, the Global Textile Days Textile Week of Uzbekistan, organized by Iteca Exhibitions, has officially opened in Tashkent in all pavilions of the Uzexpocenter National Exhibition Center.

    A businesslike and festive atmosphere reigns here from the very morning: hundreds of participants and guests fill the exhibition halls, get acquainted with the expositions and exchange first impressions, the correspondent of the Dune News Agency reports.

    The week includes:

    The 16th Central Asian International Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Textile, Clothing and Knitting Industry - CAITME 2025;

    The 25th anniversary International Exhibition of the Textile and Clothing Industry - TextileExpo Uzbekistan. Autumn 2025;

    a rich business program, presentations and B2B meetings that have already started on the site.

    The combined exhibition features more than 250 companies and brands from 22 countries, including Uzbekistan, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, India, Italy, China, the Republic of Korea, Turkey, the USA and others.

    According to the organizers and participants, the Global Textile Days confirms the growing role of Uzbekistan as a Central Asian hub of the textile and fashion industry. Government initiatives, including the creation of the Agency for the Development of Light Industry with a fund of $ 200 million and the announcement by the President of the country of a "Shock 100 days" of support for the industry, create favorable conditions for modernizing production, expanding exports and strengthening positions in the markets of Europe and the United States.

    Special attention is drawn to the CAITME site, recognized as the main exhibition of technologies for the textile industry in the region. According to the UFI independent audit, it ranks first among similar events in the CIS countries and second in the entire Eurasian space.

    The event traditionally brought together representatives of key ministries, departments, foreign companies and professional purchasers from Central Asian countries. Expert delegations work in the pavilions, and meetings with investors, diplomats, and international organizations are held.

    According to the participants, the exhibition remains not only a showcase of the latest technologies and equipment, but also an important entry point into the Uzbek market for world leaders in textile engineering who are considering opportunities for partnerships, joint ventures and investments.
